The UK average temperature for the first third of December has been only 1.7 °C compared to the long-term average of 4.7 °C according to the Met Office website.HASN'T it been cold? I read somewhere that it's the coldest start to winter in over 30 years.

A COUPLE of week's ago I told you about a new shop which has opened in Liverpool called Deichmann.
It is German and has a no-nonsense range of shoes and boots at very reasonable prices.
